When I first started my home based business I was doing everything my up-line was telling me to do…

Write your names list, talk to everyone within 3 feet, call people you haven’t talk to in years and pitch them this business idea…

Basically I became somewhat of a joke and most people thought I was insane..

My friends and even some of my family stopped taking my calls because they knew I would try and pitch them on something…

I spent hours, even days cold calling people who didn’t care what I had to offer, some were down right disgusted in what I was saying…

Rejection after rejection after rejection, I even had one guy think I was having an affair with his wife…

I mean sheesh!

how is this suppose be able to get me and my family into financial freedom?

If I had kept up with all that useless activity I’d probably be sitting in a rubber room in a mental institution by now…

I watched time and time again people come from out of the blue and make $50,000 a month within 6 months and for the life of me I had no idea how they could have done that…

I thought man! How could they do all that, getting all that rejection and wearing out their family and friends to the point that if you called they’d never answer the phone and still make thousands of dollars…

Something wasn’t right!

Was I being led down the garden path?, Heavens NO!

My up-line wouldn’t lie to me, how could they?

I was serious and wanting to make this work and have that financial freedom my family deserved…

I read all the books, listened to hours of audio CDs non stop in the car, attended all the meetings, even drove down to Raleigh NC to attend a big rally, was on every team call, milked my up-line for everything they knew…

I even wrote my goal cards and posted pics of all the stuff I wanted around the house for when the ‘BIG MONEY’ would arrive…

I did every little thing I was told to do , cold called people, showed the plan, did three way calls, the old names list again, remember how that worked so well the first time around, NOT!

Hotel meetings, showed the plan some more, drew circles on napkins, passed out biz cards, stuck flyers in windshield wipers in shopping malls, a security guard once chased me off the property…

I know, what a way to build a business! ay!

It got to the point where I would talk to anyone with a pulse, actually pulse optional at this point…

There was one month that I made $8,000 but after that, and after years of busting my ass I was no closer to making it than I was when I started out…

Actually strike that, it got to the point that I was spending money I didn’t have just to stay in business…

I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars I spent on products that were suppose to give me all the answers, yet all that I came away with was more questions…

Being told by my up-line. you just gotta talk to more people…yeah right!

I remember going to these hotel meetings where 99% of the people there were in the same boat as me, I called them the ‘Fake it, till you make it!! crowd, and no one in that room was going anywhere…

I was fed up with all that, my up-line telling to talk to more people, just call more leads was starting to really get to me…

I had to do something I was hemorrhaging money, buying all the useless company crap that would go on and on about how great THEY were, and still no closer to my dream of being financially free…

I knew there had to be a better way, how hard can this be?

I mean how the heck could I compete with those who had learned how to get hundreds even thousands of people coming to them that were actually pre-sold on what they had to offer?

They must being something different than what my up-line was telling me…

Do the math, how could they possibly be cold calling all these people, there’s no way!

So here I was some years later, actually all that time was a blur, but I kept looking, searching for the answer…

i knew there wasn’t some sort of Magic Pill, but there had to be something my up-line wasn’t telling me…
